The InPACTatHome Family Engagement Team, which includes our very own Lisa Jo Gagliardi, Scott Martin, and Evilia Jankowski, has released the second of seven toolkits.
This month’s toolkit focuses on Feeling Good and was developed by Evilia Jankowski (bio included in the toolkit). This toolkit is freely available on the InPACTatHome website at the Family Time and Challenge Calendar links.
What is INTERRUPTING PROLONGED SITTING WITH ACTIVITY (INPACT)?
InPACT@Home is an evidence-informed, home-based physical activity program that enables K-12 students to engage in health-enhancing physical activity and physical education during COVID-19 and beyond. New activity videos are uploaded every week.
We have partnered with University of Michigan’s Active Schools & Communities, the Michigan State Board of Education and Superintendent, and the Society of Health and Physical Educators (SHAPE Michigan) to disseminate InPACT@Home.
