Children’s Health Award: Current Awardee

Michelle Le Feve is a Principal Consultant and Executive Director at Courtland Consulting. She is passionate and skilled to connect people, processes, and technologies resulting in successful program delivery. Michelle has over 20 years of experience in project management, strategy development and service implementation in a range of industries, including education, health services, IT, software development, government, and nonprofit. 

She currently is a Technical Consultant for the Michigan Model for Health™ program through the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, and led the successful development and launch of MMH’s new K-12 health education digital curriculum and website platform. Michelle continues to coordinate MMH project activities for strategic planning and technical innovation to support ongoing improvements and program sustainability in collaboration with partner agencies, health education consultants, teachers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Michelle is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is currently pursuing her Master of Science degree in Project Management at Liberty University and she holds a BA in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University. Michelle is an active member of the Huron Valley Project Management Institute Ann Arbor Chapter and Associate Member of the Michigan Family Support Council. She is a proud mom of twins and loves outdoor adventures with family and friends.


What is the Children’s Health Award?

Since 1993, the Michigan Coordinated School Health Association (MiSHCA) had granted the Children’s Health Award to formally recognize individuals and organizations who have directly contributed to Michigan’s school health effort through their dedication, commitment and perseverance.
