Gold: $5,000
- Your logo will appear on the front of our registration program brochure (if sponsorship is confirmed by February 13, 2015)

- Logo will be displayed on the conference sponsor poster in main conference area
- You will also receive a free vending/information booth

Silver: $2,500

Gift Basket/Gift Certificates for Door Prizes: $50 minimum value
